Oh, hello!? [an awkward poem, right?]

Oh, hello!?

I didn't see you there...

Well, actually I couldn't miss you - this being, like, such a small room and all - but I felt obligated (based on the social norms) to pretend like I, in fact, did NOT see you until you approached me. But we all know that is just another awkward, ya know, lie. Right?

And come to think of it, situations like this probably, I would assume [based on research, obviously], make up 75% of our daily interactions, or lack thereof. Knawhaimean. Shallow... Right?

Totally forgive me if it seems like I'm rambling on just a bit sometimes or you've heard any of this before. But for real. Right?

So, I practiced most of my introductions and small talk openers in my car until a lady at a red light looked at me. I quickly sped off so I didn't have to explain myself. What business of her was it to like: whatever! Talk about weird, right?

Anyway... ...how about this local, umm, college? What are you studying? Me-- it's Communications, of course.

...Oh wait! I hope... err think, I just got a text from a friend [legit not my mom - c'mon!]. Hang on a minute.
